As a guide, a group of up to four can claim 50% of the time together (BACP).

Clinical supervision for trainee counsellors
BACP and NCPS recommend that trainee counsellors have "a ratio of 1 hour of supervision for 8 hours of counselling, with supervision every two weeks".
